摘要: Abstract The influence of Se doping on the operating characteristics In 2 O 3 -based gas sensors was studied. Here, ceramic beads were prepared by sol–gel technology. concentration in solution used for synthesis powders varied range 0–10 wt.%. (∼1 ppm), CO (2000 ppm) and H (1000 ppm) as test gases. addition selenium into matrix found to be effective increasing sensor response oxidizing gas, ozone. It posited that this improvement is connected optimization structure.
