摘要: Abstract The presented work focuses on failure in fibre-reinforced thermoplastic composites under medium and high velocity impact loading conditions. investigated material is a fabric-reinforced polypropylene (PP) made of hybrid E-glass/PP yarns. Small mass impacts with velocities 40 up to 1600 m/s are used damage the plane specimens thickness t = 2 mm. Electromagnetic acoustic emission signals (EME AE) measured during signal interdependencies elaborated. A relation can be drawn between sources according modes. examinations show, that electromagnetic phenomena mainly related fibre-matrix-debonding (FMD).
