Management development issues for owners/managers of micro‐enterprises

摘要: Management development has traditionally been perceived as being the domain of large rather than micro‐enterprises, with developmental issues normally addressed by means educational interventions.However, challenges and obstacles for growth facing these micro‐enterprises (businesses employing ten people or fewer) differ significantly from those a larger organisation. Reports on current provision management it relates to perception owners/managers in Ireland role running their companies. The objective research was establish nature content training interventions required micro‐enterprises. Preliminary findings indicated need new approach towards design programmes micro‐entrepreneurs. Taking into account perceptions preferences is clear that delivery micro‐entrepreneurs needed. This implications trainers includes changes not only but also timing, location mechanism programmes. results suggest model formulation ofamanagement strategy Outlines specifications programme owners/managers, based developed findings.
