摘要: Context: The rate of port site complications following conventional laparoscopic surgery is about 21 per 100,000 cases. It has shown a proportional rise with increase in the size incision and trocar. Although rare, that occur at include infection, bleeding, hernia. Aims: To determine morbidity associated ports their insertion to identify risk factors for complications. Settings Design: Prospective descriptive study. Materials Methods: In present study, total 570 patients who underwent surgeries various ailments between August 2009 July 2011 our institute were observed prospectively reviewed.
