摘要: Abstract Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using aqueous root extract Delphinium denudatum (Dd) by reduction Ag+ ions from nitrate solution has been investigated. The synthesized DdAgNPs were characterized UV–Vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). prepared showed maximum absorbance at 416 nm particles polydispersed in nature, spherical shape the size particle obtained was ⩽85 nm. exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Bacillus cereus NCIM 2106, Escherichia coli 8739 Pseudomonas aeruginosa 9027. potent larvicidal second instar larvae dengue vector Aedes aegypti with a LC50 value 9.6 ppm.
