摘要: This study aimed to analyze perceptions of conflict between workers and managers in primary healthcare units present a typology conflicts on the job. was comprehensive interpretive case with critical hermeneutic approach. Data collection techniques included: focus group managers, workplace observation, worker interviews, conducted from April November 2011. The results were triangulated indicated coexistence distinct concepts conflict, typified six modalities: lack collaboration at work; disrespect resulting asymmetrical relations workers; problematic employee behavior; personal problems; asymmetry other management levels; inadequate work infrastructure. relevance (non)mutual recognition, as proposed by Axel Honneth, stood out interpretation causes practical implications these conflicts.
