摘要: In fat cells polyunsaturated fatty acids are both substrates for, and products of, triacylglycerol metabolism. Dietary efficiently incorporated into the droplet under lipogenic conditions while rapidly mobilizing them during lipolytic stimulation. Hence, flux magnitude of acid pool in adipocytes is constantly changing response to hormonal, metabolic genetic determinants. Due acids, majority genes encoding enzymes proteins lipid metabolism largely refractory long-term regulatory control by acids. Only at extremes high or low levels, pathophysiological conditions, do adipose respond up- down-regulating gene expression. Despite lack responsiveness lipids tissue, a surprisingly large number have been characterized recently as responsive when assayed heterologous systems. These observations suggest an endogenous negative element exists signaling pathway adipocytes.
