摘要: Objective To observe the efficacy, side effects and impact on quality of life Aidi Injection combined with leucovorin calcium/5-fluorouracil/oxaliplatin (FOLFOX4 regimen) in treatment advanced colorectal cancer patients. Methods A consecutive cohort 100 patients were divided into two groups: experimental group was treated injection FOLFOX4 while control only administered FOLFOX4. After more than courses treatment, evaluated. Results The response rate not significantly different that (P>0.05), but differences significant clinical benefit KPS score. Iin addition, gastrointestinal reaction incidence leukopenia lower (P Conclusions is associated reduced toxicity chemotherapy, enhanced improved cancer. deserves to be further investigated by randomized trails.
