摘要: We address the dependence of critical infrastructures-including electric power, telecommunications, finance and transportation-on vulnerable information systems. Our approach is based on notion control envision hierarchical, adaptive, multiple model, discrete state distributed systems to monitor infrastructure respond disruptions (e.g., security attacks) by changing operating modes design configurations minimize loss utility. To explore evaluate our approach, we have developed a toolkit for building dynamic models used this build model simple subset United States payment system system.
