摘要: An improved procedure for the estimation of pyridoxal phosphate by apotryptophanase method is described. The depends upon use a highly active preparation from E. coliB1t7A. It colorimetric that permits quantitative measurement nanogram quantities without radioactive substrates. suitable both assaying enzymes whose product and determination in tissue extracts.
