摘要: Disclosed is a multijunction compound semiconductor solar cell having buffer layer between first and second cell. In the layer, plurality of layers arranged such that lattice constants thereof have larger values in order from side to side. Of layers, two largest difference constant among each adjacent are disposed closer than center thickness direction layer.
