摘要: SH3 Domains provide interesting targets for investigations of protein structure and dynamics because their compact size importance signal transduction. The present review summarizes recent research investigating domain dynamics, the discovery novel domains, role domains in disease, progress targeting development therapeutics. Particular emphasis is placed on unfolding/refolding characteristics potential these processes regulation
