摘要: A method for producing a low-emissivity layer system on at least one side of the substrate includes steps providing substrate, forming by deposition process and briefly tempering deposited layer. The electromagnetic radiation used is adjusted in such manner that tempered has properties comparable to those conventionally heat-treated safety glass.
