摘要: The invention relates to a multilayer dosage form for the controlled release of active substances, which substantially comprises a) optionally neutral core (nonpareilles), b) an inner control layer, comprising modulatory effective substance that is embedded in matrix influences substance, said pharmaceutically acceptable polymers, waxes, resins and/or proteins and c) d) outer at least 60 % by weight one or more mixtures from plurality (meth)acrylate copolymers, 98 85 C1 C4 alkyl esters (meth)acrylic acid 2 15 methacrylate monomers with quaternary ammonium group group, up 40 additional polymers. further characterized layers additionally contain, manner known per se, common adjuvants.
