摘要: A new approach to evaluate the relaxation times of various collision events responsible for thermal transport has been reported through which de ciencies earlier models lattice conductivity have resolved. These investigations involve evaluation phonon Green functions via a non-perturbative approach. The expressions scattering phonons by boundaries, atomic impurities, scattering, electron are features theory. three samples GaAs analyzed on basis modi ed Callaway model and fairly good agreement between theory experimental observations reported.
