摘要: This report describes the evaluations of 2 patients with congenital diaphragmatic hernias using ultrasound (US). Identifying size defect is important when determining type surgical repair required. In case 1, US evaluation a Bochdalek hernia showed rim anterolateral diaphragm; therefore, thoracoscopic primary was performed. 2, (Morgagni-Larrey hernia), revealed left side retrosternal sac; from thorax Ultrasound useful for detecting location and optimal management.
