摘要: Blood flow velocities of the anterior cerebral artery and right radial were studied in 15 postasphyxiai term neonates using a continuous waveform bidirectional Doppler flowmeter. Pulsatility index (PI) values most mild asphyxic infants within normal range. However, with anoxic encephalopathy showed high or low PI values. The minimal (RRA) markedly retrograde velocity shortly after birth comparison those controls. may be mainly due to marked decrease diastolic representing RRA. indicated poor prognosis infants. In cases cerebrovascular autoregulation presumed impaired, arterioles dilated.
