摘要: This research aimed to evaluate the mineralization of nitrogen (N) and define efficiency index (EI) N after addition organic fertilizers based on cattle manure soil under laboratory conditions. A completely randomized statistical design with four replicates was used. The treatments were set as follows: T1) Soil (control); T2) + vermicompost (CMV); T3) straw compost (CMS); T4) (CM). Experimental units constituted by acrylic flasks 5 x 5cm (height diameter). Each flask added 135g wet 2.20, 2.45 2.27g CMV, CMS CM, respectively. Treatments incubated at 25°C amount mineral from (N-NH4+ N-NO2- N-NO3-) determined beginning experiment 7, 14, 28, 56 112 days incubation. highest concentration N-NO3- in observed within treatment. EI 27, 23 22% for CMS, CMV occurs its vast majority first 28 soil. higher CMS>CMV>CM achieved only 80% what expected derived manure.
