摘要: Recognized as a “disease modifier”, physical activity (PA) is increasingly viewed more holistic, cost-saving method for prevention, treatment and management of human disease conditions. The traditional view that PA engages the monoaminergic endorphinergic systems has been challenged by discovery endocannabinoid system (ECS), composed endogenous lipids, their target receptors, metabolic enzymes. Indeed, direct indirect evidence suggests ECS might mediate some PA-triggered effects throughout body. Moreover, it now emerging itself able to modulate in different ways. Against this background, present review we shall discuss cross-talk between ECS, ranging from brain peripheral districts highlighting how must be tightly regulated during PA, order maintain its beneficial on cognition, mood, nociception, while avoiding impaired energy metabolism, oxidative stress, inflammatory processes.
