摘要: Abstract The human papillomavirus, well known as the etiologic agent of warts, has recently received much attention in medical literature for its association with various cancers. This article discusses virology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, immunology, clinical manifestations, and therapy papillomavirus infection. Some newer techniques identifying tissue, based on recent advances molecular biology, are also covered. Two final topics addressed infection immunocompromised host, including patients acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, possible role several different carcinomas.
