摘要: Abstract Pharmacogenomics aims at molecular subsetting of patients for more effective therapy. Transcriptomic profiling the 60 human cancer cell lines (the NCI-60) used by US National Cancer Institute serves that aim because cells have been treated with >100,000 chemical compounds over last 13 years. Patterns potency can be mapped into structures or characteristics cells. We discuss conceptual and experimental aspects profiling, as well a number bioinformatic computer programs we developed biological interpretation profiles. To cite this article: J.N. Weinstein, Y.
