摘要: Cancer genomics is a rapidly growing discipline in which the genetic molecular basis of malignancy studied at scale whole genomes. While has been successful with respect to identifying specific oncogenes and tumor suppressors involved oncogenesis, it also challenging our approach managing patients suffering from this deadly disease. Specifically cancer driving clinical oncology take more diagnosis, prognostication, treatment selection. We review here recent work undertaken an emphasis on translation genomic findings. Finally, we discuss scientific challenges research opportunities emerging findings derived through analysis tumors high-depth sequencing.
