摘要: The effects of self‐taught memory training on community‐dwelling older adults were examined. Self‐taught was compared to attention‐placebo and delayed‐training control conditions. Results indicate that the condition superior performance improvement, but conditions equally effective. However, did result in specific, differential improvements subjective functioning relative Training gains maintained at six‐month follow‐up. potential utility is discussed.
