摘要: The effectiveness of three memory improvement programs, relative to a wait-list condition, was evaluated in residents retirement community. interventions consisted of: (a) group-based course; (b) one two self-paced, commercially available audiotape programs; and (c) individualized, microcomputer-based, training. Participants each condition received approximately 90 minutes instruction per week for 9 weeks. Memory performance self-reported function mood were assessed before after intervention. Significant gains found all groups on the Rivermead Behavioral Test, but these not accompanied by word-list learning or perceived memory.
