摘要: Quick and accurate detection of alcohol content is relevant for many fields human activity. This type analysis necessary the chemical enzymatic production, product composition control in food industry, development alcohol-based pharmaceutical preparations, clinical toxicological studies, biodiesel bioethanol environmental monitoring (Mao et al., 2008). A variety methods strategies had been reported determination lower aliphatic alcohols (C1 — C6) including: gas chromatography, liquid refractometry, spectrophotometry based on NADH (Azevedo 2005). Although some these are precise reliable, they complex time consuming, require previous separation processes (distillation, evaporation), expensive instrumentation, trained operators. Such disadvantages can be overcome by using (including biosensor) methods. The works presented thorough application two enzymes, dehydrogenase oxidase (AO) (Glazkov 1997; Mizgunova 1998). Actually, described there a basis currently existing biosensor approaches.
