Grain Boundary Conductivity of the System Y2O3-Nb2O5 Composites

摘要: By measuring ion conductivity of the specimens using complex impedance method at 400°-900°C in air, a study has been made with sintered bodies, which were prepared from (YO1.5)1-x(NbO2.5)x (x=0.05-0.35) powders obtained by solid phase reaction. In case x=0.15 composition samples, total and grain boundary reached highest values. On other hand, was nearly constant x=0.15-0.35 samples. From relationship between crystal above stated it is suggested that high samples very susceptible to precipitation Y2O3 whose lower than Y3NbO7. Thus, Y3NbO7-Y3Al5O12 Y3NbO7-MgO addition Al2O3 MgO, materials, Y3NbO7, measured. Their conductivities took figure up one place maximum. It proved enhances conductors basic materials.
