摘要: Abstract In this study, we performed a comparative analysis of the physical-chemical composition and pesticide residue content lettuce, peppers, tomatoes that were grown in organic conventional systems. The vegetables purchased at Food Supply Centre Pernambuco [Centro de Abastecimento Alimentar – CEASA/PE], state, Brazil. was determined according to analytical procedures Association Official Analytical Chemist. minerals (Cu, Cr, Fe, K, Mn, Mg, Na, Zn) heavy metals (Cd, Ni, Pb) assessed using atomic absorption spectrometry, residues multi-residue analysis. results compared by means Student's t -test. Principal component investigate correlations between metals. measurements weight, length, width all three higher group. There significant differences ( p  > 0.05). All total dietary fibre. varied vegetables. Contamination found peppers tomatoes.
