摘要: Abstract Nd 3+ /Ho /Yb triply doped TeO 2 –K O–Nb O 5 glasses were synthesized by the conventional melting-quenching technique. Single green upconversion (UC) luminescence centered at 532 nm, corresponding to ( F 4 , S )→ I 8 transitions of Ho was observed under 800 nm excitation. However, and red emission bands 547, 662 758 nm, → 7 respectively, simultaneously 980 nm The dependence UC intensity 800 excitations on Yb concentration studied. It found, excitation, 532 nm begin reduce when is higher than 0.8 mol%. same quenching not mechanisms two pumping sources discussed in terms experiment results. found that mainly depends ET excitation; however it ESA.
