摘要: Abstract The Er3+ doped oxyfluorogermanate glasses, with a composition containing Na element, were synthesized by the conventional melting–quenching technique. When element was introduced into of glass, crystals behavior investigated in details. Depending on annealing procedure supplied, thermal precursor glasses system GeO2/BaF2/AlF3/Na2O/NaF/ZnO/GdF3/ErF3 led to precipitation different crystal phase nanocrystals. It confirmed nanocrystals GC600 is orthorhombic NaBaAlF6 which enhance obviously UC luminescence Er3+. However, G585 decrease luminescence, indicated few Er ions enter lattice this nanocrystal phase. reason emission intensity GC585 analyzed.
