摘要: Efficient ionization of neutral oligosaccharides in negative-ion matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS) was achieved; harmine (7-methoxy-1-methyl-9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole) used as a matrix and ammonium chloride added source to generate chlorinated molecules oligosaccharide. Increasing the molar amount gradually increased efficiency, which saturated by adding over 2 equivalents matrix. Ionization efficiency when concentration salt high. The results solid phase fluorescence spectra mixed crystals indicated that protonated formed hydrochloride salt. Results ultraviolet absorption showed absorbed irradiation from nitrogen (337 nm) more effectively than harmine, molecule increased. Harmine most effective
