摘要: Objective This report presents national estimates on differences in the use of home health care between men and women aged 65 years over. Methods Estimates are based data from 2007 National Home Hospice Care Survey, conducted by Centers for Disease Control Prevention's Center Health Statistics. Results In United States, over used at a lower rate than women. Among patients over, were more likely to be 85 while married receive as post-acute care. Women who received less males wound physical therapy, homemaker services. cancer was prevalent among men, essential hypertension common
