摘要: We present results of our investigation into the nonadiabatic electron dynamics a moving quantum dot assisted by surface acoustic waves (SAWs) in perpendicular magnetic field. The measurements show evolution quantized acoustoelectric current modulated external field, which provides direct information energy spectrum and occupation SAW-induced elliptical dynamical dot. By comparing field dependence with that somewhat symmetric circular dot, we find appearance excitations at low fields resulting from anisotropy also detect transitions between different states achieved exploiting interference two phase-tuned SAWs. Our demonstrate an asymmetric are fragile extremely sensitive to their environment.
