摘要: Family health history is one of the least expensive, most useful, and underused methods available to conduct assessments genetic aspect a condition or target need for evaluation. This article introduces surgical oncologist reason process collecting family information. As medical records shift from paper electronic formats, pedigree drawings are not readily within records. International efforts underway develop searchable, updatable, interoperable formats that can collect information inform clinical decision support risk assessment.
