摘要: Abstract First-order reversal curve (FORC) diagram, which visualizes the variation of magnetic susceptibility on a field plane, has been applied to Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet. The FORC diagram exhibits characteristic behavior two remarkable spots in low-field and high-field regions. spot corresponds irreversible magnetization at coercive field, whereas indicates appearance large state during demagnetization process. Moreover, this becomes dominant high temperature, accompanied by significant reduction coercivity. These results suggest that strong correlation with degradation properties To clarify actual processes corresponding these spots, soft X-ray circular dichroism (XMCD) microscopy observation was employed similar sequences measurements. Consequently, is mainly attributed domain wall motion multi-domain grains, single-domain grains. indicate powerful evaluation method for permanent magnets.
