摘要: Summary Background The purpose of this study was to determine the species distribution and monitor antifungal susceptibility profiles clinical Candida isolates collected in China from 2009 2013. Methods susceptibilities 952 were tested. Results albicans most common species, accounting for 65.7% total isolates. frequently isolated non-albicans glabrata (193, 20.3%). Nearly 7.6%, 3.2%, 1.8%, 1.1% exhibited decreased fluconazole, voriconazole, itraconazole, flucytosine, respectively. Moreover, seven C. one krusei had an amphotericin B minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) 2μg/ml. Conclusions prevalence resistance varied among different areas China. Continuous monitoring patterns is necessary control spread species.
