摘要: Abstract The paper presents the effect of one-week 3 mM sodium orthovanadate (Na 3 VO 4 ) oral treatment control and streptozotocin[STZ]-diabetic rats. body weight decreased as compared with untreated (C group) in both vanadate treated groups (C + V D + V) diabetic rats (D – all cases p similar dispersion individual results was found. Morphological study demonstrated, for first time, no larger cellular lesion C + V group. Golgi complex well developed; showed several cisterns at trans side, which were grossly distended contained electron-lucid floccular material. In D + V group typical, cylindrical forms complexes predominated. These structures consisted 3–4 almost practically non-distended cisterns. Also this case, large, electron-dense vesicles noted vicinity. group, small size, myelin-like also might indicate a relatively small, but nevertheless clear damage internal membrane system. external cistern complexes, corresponded often markedly formed vacuole-like structure filled electron lucent material; itself sometimes looked empty. Multi-vesicular observed they seen much more rarely.
