摘要: Objective: The present study was designed to investigate the influence of sodium orthovanadate (SOV) on P53 and caspase 3 expressions in beta cells alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Methods: Babl/C strain mice induced condition with an intraperitoneal injection 200 mg/kgBW alloxan monohydrate. After third days, treated SOV for 7 d. pancreas harvested ten day stained using routine histology staining hematoxylin-eosin (HE) aldehyde fuchsin (AF) morphological analysis immunohistochemical approaches observe pancreas.
