摘要: In the present study, we have synthesized single phase nanocrystalline Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films using spray pyrolysis technique. The were grown on glass substrates at 300°C and subsequently vacuum annealed for 1 h, different temperatures ranging from 350°C to 500°C. X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies show that crystallize in CZTS kesterite structure belonging tetragonal system. Atomic force microscopy scanning electron microscope together with XRD as-grown are made up of nano-sized (below 15 nm) particles CZTS. Secondary ion mass spectrometry shows uniform composition along depth except a surface layer which is slightly lower Cu content. Optical optical band gap values range reported film
