摘要: Bacillus pumilus BN-103 was found to produce a new antibiotic complex named amicoumacin. The isolated from the culture broth by ion-exchange resin and carbon chromatographies. Amicoumacin A major component of mixture, exhibited not only antibacterial activity, but also antiinflammatory antiulcer activities. B C showed moderate activity against bacteria, did exhibit any pharmacological activity.
