摘要: Although pre-event static stretching is an accepted practice in most athletics program, dynamic exercise becoming popular. The purpose of this study was to compare the acute effects different warm-up methods on soccer performance. Twenty-six professional players (23.3 +/- 3.2 years, 178.2 6.1 cm, and 73.0 6.5 kg) performed 4 routines random order nonconsecutive days. consisted only 5 minutes jogging (Method A), B), C), a combination D). After each session, subjects were tested sprint, slalom dribbling, penalty kick Methods A-D compared by repeated-measures analyses variance post hoc comparisons. In study, existence significant drop performances Method C has been determined comparison with that A (p 0.05). results suggest it may be desirable for perform exercises before performance activities require high power output.
