摘要: Pseudomonas strains C12B and A3 were separately immobilised in polyurethane foam their ability to biodegrade n-decane or n-hexadecane tested compared with that of freely suspended cells. In the presence cells about 90% n-alkane, originally present liquid medium, was removed, 25%-40% which due biodegradation.
