摘要: Abstract The use of amniotic membrane as a biological dressing for thermal injury is simple and cheap has been found to be superior allograft xenograft. The prevents heat water loss from the wound surface acts barrier against bacterial contamination, thus aiding healing process reducing morbidity. Another clinically significant important property its ability offer marked relief pain. Over period 30 months was used treat 15 cases burn in small hospital, with uniformly satisfactory results. practical aspects this method treatment can easily adopted by any hospital regardless available facilities.
