Postoperative irradiation of glioblastomas. Results in a randomized series.

摘要: A material of 108 patients with glioblastoma is presented. The series was randomized in two groups: cases only operated upon and postoperative irradiation addition. Patients dead within 2 months after operation were excluded estimating the real value irradiation. irradiated had a 6-month survival rate 64 per cent one-year 19 cent; non-irradiated 28 0 cent.
