摘要: Malignant mesothelioma is a rare aggressive tumor and arises from mesothelial cells in the pleural, peritoneal pericardial cavities. Median survival -1 year incidence approximately 0.7 per million persons, increasing annually Korea. It difficult to diagnose malignant because of nonspecific symptoms, signs laboratory findings. needs be confirmed by histological examination immunohistochemistry. There no case report peritoneum pleura We with simultaneous involvement 75-year-old man without evidence asbestos exposure. (Korean J Med 2014;87:756-760)
