摘要: Due to the large number of applications bisphenol-A (BPA), human exposure routes are multiple. We aimed review shortly food and non-food sources BPA, evaluate their contribution exposure. Food discussed here include epoxy resins, polycarbonate other applications, such as paperboard polyvinylchloride materials. Among sources, exposures through dust, thermal paper, dental materials, medical devices were summarized. Based on available data for these it was concluded that BPA from is generally lower than by at least one order magnitude most studied subgroups. The use urinary concentrations biomonitoring studies evaluated back-calculation intake seems reliable overall assessment. In general, total several orders current tolerable daily 50 μg/kg bw/day. Finally, paper concludes with some critical remarks recommendations future BPA.
