摘要: A method for genetic transformation of Saintpaulia ionantha by co-cultivation in vitro-grown leaves and petioles with Agrobacterium tumefaciens is described. Two bacterial strains, EHA105 A281 both harbouring the binary plasmid pKIWI105 carrying genes uidA nptII, were used experiments. Regenerants not obtained using disarmed strain EHA105. The oncogenic resulted efficient transient stable expression transferred traits petiole explants only. After regeneration, integration transgenes plant genome was confirmed PCR analysis Southern hybridization.
