摘要: During the nervous system development, immature neuroblasts have a strong potential to migrate toward their destination. In adult brain, new neurons are continuously generated in neurogenic niche located near ventricle, and newly cells actively destination, olfactory bulb, via highly specialized migratory route called rostral stream (RMS). Neuroblasts RMS form chains by homophilic interactions, continually through tunnels formed meshwork of astrocytes, glial tube. This review focuses on development structure regulation neuroblast migration RMS. Better understanding may be crucial for improving functional replacement therapy supplying endogenous neuronal injury sites more efficiently.
