摘要: Bacillus Calmette-Guerin administered intravenously or by aerosol to rhesus monkeys induced a much greater degree of protection against challenge with virulent Mycobacterium tuberculosis than intracutaneous bacillus vaccination. the route vaccination was not associated any obvious adverse side effects and produced very small tuberculin skin hypersensitivity. Aerosol should be examined further determine its potential application for vaccinating humans tuberculosis.
