Viewpoints of Family Caregivers about Posttraumatic Growth in Cancer Patients.

摘要: Background There is little information about the objectivity of posttraumatic growth experienced by cancer patients. So, aim present study was to investigate viewpoints family caregivers regarding in Materials and methods This descriptive conducted one referral medical center East Azerbaijan Province northwest Iran. 120 primary patients participated with a convenience sampling method. The Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) Perception Prognosis Scale (PPS) were applied for data collection analysis performed using SPSS statistical software. Results Family believed that their had good prognosis (score 3.95 from 5). total score PTGI 60.7 (SD=18.8) indicates moderate level as reported caregivers. Conclusions have incorrect levels growth. These findings showed among an objective phenomenon.
