摘要: Nine months post-disaster, 134 rescuers involved in an off-shore oil rig disaster were investigated by using a structured self report questionnaire to chart their experience of coping with impact stressors and mental physical health 9 after the disaster. Of rescuers, 24 categorized as professional 101 non-professionals could not be classified. 212 victims, all workers, 89 (42%) rescued. Seventy-six percent reported they had been exposed danger during rescue operation, 62% found worst ever. Eighty ninety felt coped fairly well task, severely disturbed was below 10% for decision-making, ability judge risk, capacity function leader, finally cooperate act efficiently. For non-professionals, severe disturbance plan before acting moderate 38%. The frequency emotional stress reactions work can assessed from fact that 64% 52% discouragement, restlessness, uncertainty, anxiety irritation. inherent this type seem satisfy DSM III stressor criterion post-traumatic disorder. 24% poor due impact, only most experienced low risk compared others.
